In September of 1999, he finished composing a demo, which was listened to by the record label Nems Enterprises, who immediately offered him a record deal. Vázquez would have the hard task of finding musicians who were able to perform to the high standard the project demanded. The label also suggested that vocalists of international fame should participate in the project, making it possible for the album to be released worldwide.

All the songs were composed and written by Beto Vázquez and performed by the band. This way he was in charge of songwriting, musical direction, arrangement, bass guitar, acoustic guitar and electric guitar. Vázquez was able to expand his potential as musician and give shape to a new project based on his personal musical influences which include: Pink Floyd, Rhapsody, Helloween, Skyclad, Porcupine Tree, Moonspell, Blackmore's Night and In Flames.

Guests on the first album were:
Tarja Turunen (former Nightwish, Tarja), Candice Night (Blackmore's Night), Sabine Edelsbacher (Edenbridge) and Fabio Tordiglione (Rhapsody of Fire).

In April, 2002 the tour producer José Luis Botto proposed Beto to take the band on a tour to Spain. The festival featured Baron Rojo, Shaman, Angeles del Infierno and Dark Moor amongst others. The band took part in the festival playing to their first international crowd. The audience showed a very positive response and the musicians claim to have enjoyed the experience. Beto Vazquez Infinity played as supporting band for bands such as: Nightwish, Labyrinth, VisionDivine, Angra, Tierra Santa and others.

In 2003 and 2004 composed another full album called Space Without Limits featuring artist including: Liv Kristine of Leave's Eyes, Floor Jansen of After Forever, Elisa Martin of Dark Moor, Arjen Lucassen of Ayreon, J.P. Leppaluoto of Charon and Walter Giardino of Rata Blanca amongst others. The album was delayed by Nems Enterprises because of issues regarding the mixing.

In November 2006 the second full length album was released called Flying Towards the New Horizon, released on BVM Records. This album featured guest performers: Antti Railio (Celesty) Finland, Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere) Italy, Sonia Pineault (Forgotten Tales) Canada, Quinn Weng (Seraphim) Taiwan, Nahor Andrade (Dynasty) Brazil.

The band is currently recording the upcoming album named Dark Mind.
