1) Alyosha (Ukrainian: Aльоша) (born Olena Kucher on 14 May 1986 in Zaporizhia, Ukraine) is an Ukrainian singer, debuting in 1992. On 20 March 2010, Alyosha won the Ukrainian National Final and represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, Norway.

On the 27th of May she qualified for the Eurovision Grand Final in Oslo, Norway. Her dramatic performance, which featured her ripping off a hood and her pure flawless vocals, saw her easily qualify for the final. Ukraine has never missed a final since its apperance in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003. Alyosha came 10th in the contest overall. Her song Sweet People has already gone number 1 in Ukraine, and also reached 200 in Russian charts.
